天秤座の女

Thank you girls for wishing me a happy birthday. Its been AWHILE since I actually talked with each of you on the phone during my birthday-week! 
I've known you all for eight years, we're alllll over the country, and I'm really impressed!!! :)

I'm sad that I didn't get to celebrate with you guys.... 誕生日の日は、一応ドレスアップして、ジュエリーもつけて、自炊した。笑
I made dinner for my mom and I!!!! 二人っきりでディナー<3 It was really cuteee i told her 'happy thanks for giving me birth-day!'  




でもそんな事より、このブログでガールズに アサリ の素晴らしさを伝えたかったの!

muscles steamed in white wine sauce---

*preparation: drown the muscles in a big bowl of really salty water for 2-3 hours in a cool, dark place to make it spit sand/dirt. scrub down the shells before cooking.
  1. Heat up olive oil & mashed garlic in a pan
  2. Throw in the muscles, wait two minutes, add white wine and water. アサリが半身浴になる位! salt, pepper, add an herb. i used thyme.
  3. Cover with lid, (or cover well with foil) for 8 - 10 minutes, NO PEEKING OR MIXING, just let it steam. and DONE!!!!! 
簡単すぎて感動。
