muscles steamed in white wine sauce---
*preparation: drown the muscles in a big bowl of really salty water for 2-3 hours in a cool, dark place to make it spit sand/dirt. scrub down the shells before cooking.
- Heat up olive oil & mashed garlic in a pan
- Throw in the muscles, wait two minutes, add white wine and water. アサリが半身浴になる位! salt, pepper, add an herb. i used thyme.
- Cover with lid, (or cover well with foil) for 8 - 10 minutes, NO PEEKING OR MIXING, just let it steam. and DONE!!!!!
