recently discovered that I do like milk!!! only this kind though. Gotta hv that calcium right. I drink it before bed every-night!

私もsoy milk&soy meatいっぱい飲んで／食べてた！！でも、そしたらなんか便秘にいっつもなってたからi changed to almond milk!
